Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei

In the beginning Tatsuya get interrogated by the student council about what happened when Mibu and the guy who used magic argued and ended up fighting. We see a new character who is the on in charge of all the activity clubs and he's really muscular and big. After that Tatsuya meet the others and he explains about a new uncompleted magic that he stumbled upon and the magic he used when he stopped the guy from last episode from hurting anyone. I'm started to get annoyed with Miyuki's brother complex. He has done his job for the discipline committee splendidly and is now well known around the school. Tatsuya got an alarm to stop an argument one time and get attacked by someone, you can't see who it's but he had a bracelet that is a important later on in the episode  

Mibu (the girl who ended up in a fight from the last ep) asked Tatsuya to hang out with her so she could thank him and recruit him to the Kendo club cause she's a part of an organisation that want more justice, that your status won't be decided by your magic skill. Miyuki has a lot of jealous moments in this ep. Tatsuya has a conversation with the other council members and he has found out about an organisation called blanche that's actually classified information and it turns out that the bracelet that he saw is a bracelet from that organisation. In the end that organisation has connection with the Yatsoba  family and it turns out that Tatsuya and Miyuki was a part of that family once and they don't want to go back. You'll also see a guy with glasses who seems determined that Tatsuya should join them when Mibu meets him.
