Tokyo Ghoul episode 2 (episode review)

Kaneki vomits to get out the human meat that Touka shoved in to his mouth and tries to convince himself that he's human and not a monster like Touka. She gets mad cause it wasn't her fault that it's like that and she beats him up. An old man who knows Touka shows up to help Kaneki cause their policy is to help other ghouls. They take him back to their place and hives him coffee cause that's the only thing Ghouls can enjoy like humans. He gives him a package with human meat and tells him to come back if he wants more. At home he's trying hard not to eat the meat even though Rize keeps tempting him. He almost ate it but he gets a text from Hide and he managed to stop himself. He comes to school the next day and wear an eye patch cause he can't control when his eye turns ghoul mode.
He ends up following Hide to his senpai to get some material cause he joined the festival committee. The senpai is Nishiki the ghoul from the night before. He doesn't have the material there so he and hide decides to go to Nishikis place to get it. Kaneki ends up coming with cause he's worried about Hide. On the way he suddenly kicks Hide away and starts fighting Kaneki. He thinks that Kaneki is going to eat Hide and doesn't know that Kaneki just recently became part ghoul. He goes to Hide to eat him. Kaneki didn't want Hide to die and that will power allowed him to use Rizes tentacle power and kills Nishiki. Then Rize shows up and tempt him to eat Hide but Touka comes just in time. Kaneki wakes up at Toukas place, Hide is safe and they fed him human meat when he was unconscious. In the end we see two new characters, both ghouls and they're discussing about the two s-ranks Rize and Jason.
