Top 10 Male Anime Voice Actors (Seiyuus)

This is going to be a list of some of my favorite male voice actors. Including everything from deep to higher-pitched voices and from the protagonist, to villain to supporting characters. These are the voices that I most of the time can recognize by ear right away or make me go "I know this voice".

1. Kaji Yuki

Alibaba - Magi
Kaji yuki, Alibaba (Magi), Meliodas (Nanatsu no Taizai)
Todoroki (My Hero), Eren (Attack on Titan)

Kaji Yuki is very popular at the moment, with main leads in the most mainstream anime like Magi, Nanatsu no Taizai and so on. Probably the most mainstream high-pitched male voice. Often getting the main lead roles but also great at voicing supporting characters.

2. Kamiya Hiroshi
Kamiya Hiroshi, Izaya (Durarara), Yato (Noragami),
Trafalgar Law (One Piece), Levi (Attack on Titan)

A personal favorite of mine. The voice behind my favorite badass characters. But also often gets roles where he's a high school boy despite being in his mid-thirties and shows with heavy dialogue as he's good at fast and long dialogues. Often in Shaft animes like the Monogatari series, Zetsubou-sensei, and Arakawa Under the Bridge.

3. Sugita Tomokazu

Sugita Tomokazu, Sakata Gintoki (Gintama) Escanor (Nanatsu no Taizai)
Joseph (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure) Karasuma (Assassination Classroom)

Most likely recognized for being Gintoki in Gintama. Sugita Tomokazu is a great voice actor with a wide range of acting skills. Really good at comedy and is able to express many different emotions or type of characters from funny, to villain, to the protagonist.

4. Nakai Kazuya
Nakai Kazuya, Hijikata Toushirou (Gintama), Roronoa Zoro (One Piece)
Mugen (Samurai Champloo), Suguro (Blue Exorcist)

Since noticing his acting as Roronoa Zoro in 700+ episodes of one piece my ears can pick up his voice wherever. With a deep and husky voice, he does both badass and funny characters very well.

5. Ono Daisuke

Ono Daisuke, Sinbad (Magi), Sebastian Michaelis (Black butler)
Midorima (Kurokos no Basuke), Shizuo (Durarara!)

Ono Daisuke's voice is one of the sexier voices, a more grown up and mature voice that's a nice break from all high school boy voices since shounen is most popular.

6. Fukuyama Jun
Fukuyama Jun, Yukio (Blue Exorscist), King (Nanatsu no Taizai),
Lelouch (Code Geass) Koro-sensei (Assassination Classroom)

More often plays smart, level-headed and logical characters. Fukuyama Jun's voice is quite pleasant and in a way is like a bigger brother or a teacher-like character that is good at explaining and logical reasoning.

7. Uchiyama Kouki
Uchiyama Kouki, Soul (Soul Eater), Tsukki (Haikyuu)
Shigaraki (My Hero), Akira (Devilman Cry.)

Both good at doing the bad-guy act (like Shigaraki), the cocky or teenage emo-phase (like Tsukki) voice but also weak hopeless kids.

8. Miyano Mamoru

Miyano Mamoru, Light (Deathnote), Tsukiyama (Tokyo ghoul),
Rin (Free!), Tamaki (Ouran Highschool Hostclub)

Miyano is very popular and is especially good at playing really eccentric characters. Eccentric in either a playboy-ish way or plain insane way.

9. Suzuki Tatsuhisa
Suzuki Tatsuhisa, Ban (Nanatsu no Taizai), Anos (Maou Gakuin.)
Haru (Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun), Makoto (Free!)

A playful voice that can sound both superior/OP and caring. The most recent new show where he's the main character is in The Misfit of Demon King Academy (Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha: Shijou Saikyou no Maou no Shiso, Tensei shite Shison-tachi no Gakkou e).

10. Hanae Natsuki
Hanae Natsuki, Tanjirou (Demon Slayer), Kaneki (Tokyo Ghoul)
Arima (Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso), Takumi (Shokugeki no Souma)

A rising voice actor who also has a youtube channel. As Kamado Tanjirou in Kimetsu no Yaiba he caught my attention and upon looking into him further he's been in many of my more recent favorites like Your Lie in April or Tokyo Ghoul.
