Golden Time

Hello! I'm going to review Golden Time since I just finished it around the time i stopped airing. I haven't kept up with it all the time, kind of put it on hold around the 13th episode because of school and other stuff. But let's get on to the review. The series have 24 episodes

Golden Time

About: Tada Banri, a newly admitted student at a private law school in Tokyo, found himself completely lost after the opening ceremony, trying to find his way to the freshman orientation. At that moment, he ran into another lost freshman from the same school, Yanagisawa Mitsuo, and they hit it off at once. Somehow arriving at their intended goal just on time, there appeared in front of the two a beautiful girl holding a bouquet of roses. The girl then whacked Mitsuo across the face with the bouquet and handed the flowers over to him. "Freshman, congratulations", was all she said, and then left. The stylish, well dressed, perfect woman that had swung at Mitsuo was his childhood friend, Kaga Kouko. As children they had promised to marry each other one day, fulfilling their dreams. In order to escape from her, Mitsuo had gone out secretly and taken the examination for this well known private college, but now she showed up in the freshman orientation hall. My opinion

Characters: In the start I didn't think the characters would be as interesting as they turned out to be. For med Banri was a kind of plain character, Koko was a little loko even though she seemed like a pretty ''prefect'' character for me before I learned to know about it and Mitsuo were okay. Along the way of the series have a lot of more interesting characters that I sometimes just wanted to slap in order to get them to realize what was going on and comfort at moments. My favorite character is probably Banris neighbor cause she kind of did what I wanted to do in some moments in order to help for example Banri.  
Plot: At first I didn't really high expectations for it when I read what is what about but when i started watching it slowly turned out to be a really complicated love story. When I read what it's about I kind of want to laugh because the plot makes major developments along the way. I almost feel like the description will kind of trick someone

Art: The art was probably the reason to why I started watching this. The character designs are really beautiful and cute. And the art in the series can also change from cute to comedic which I also think is a plus

Music: I didn't pay too much attention to the music in this series but. I tend to skip the opening and ending but I listened to the second opening I thought it was cute but I think the music was a little louder than the lyrics.

I like this series a lot and it's not like an usual romance/comedy it has a lot of drama too and I love when there's at least a little drama in an anime. I really recommend it and hope that you will watch it and that you'll enjoy it when you watch it.
