Black Bullet episode 9 (episode review)

Tina gets to meet Rentaros sensei. The sensei tells him to not get to attached to Tina because it'll hurt more when she's gone. Because the cursed children can't live for to long. Seitenshi revealed the the monolith has crumbled to the people. Cause they can't hide it from the people anymore. Rentaros uncompleted adjuvant gets to go to some kind of camp where a lot of adjuvants formed in order to fight against the Gastrea that are breaking in from the crumbled monolith.

At the camp he finds his old friend from when Rentaro trained swordsmanship that he respects a lot. He even calls him Shouma-ni. Shouma has his own initiator, Fuse (loli) and they join Rentaros adjuvant. Then the team consist of three pairs but he wants at least five pairs. Then Kisara shows up and has now signed up to become a promoter and cancelled the revoking of Tinas rank. But they have to begin from a low rank. They join the adjuvant as a pair. Rentaro was about to confess to Kisara at one moment but as always those moments get interrupted.
